1 tsp olive oil
1 3/4 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 cup cider vinegar
3 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/8 tsp salt
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cover and cook 8 min. or till tender, stirring frequently. Stir in vinegar, honey and white pepper. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; cook, uncovered, 10 min. or till onion is golden and liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally. Combine onion mix, mayo, sour cream, yogurt and salt in a bowl; cover and chill. Serve with bagel chips.
