One cooked chicken (Rotisserie chicken from the grocery store)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 bunch red seedless grapes
3 handfuls pecan halves, chopped into smaller pieces
2 hearts of celery, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Take the rotisserie chicken and remove the skin, then pull the meat off in bite-size pieces.
Add the mayonnaise (1/2 cup is usually perfect, but you might want to start out with a little less and add to see what makes the right consistency for you) and celery.
Add the grape halves and pecan pieces, mix and add salt & pepper to taste.
