2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
1 Tbs. baking powder
3 eggs
4 Tbs. butter, melted
4 Tbs. molasses
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup blackberries
Preheat waffle iron. In a large bowl, combine dry waffle ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, butter, buttermilk and molasses. Cobine dry and wet ingredients, reserving blackberries, and prepare waffles. Serve waffles garnished with blackberries and syrup.
