Hot Jalapeno Crab Dip
1 lb lump crabmeat, picked over
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped
1/4 lb pepper jack cheese, grated
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 cup mayonaisse
2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients but Parmesan cheese. Toss to mix. Spoon into a medium shallow baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake 25 min. Serve with croutons or bagel chips.
