1 12-oz. pkg bow tie pasta, uncooked
1/2 lb. deli-style roasted chicken breast, but into cubes
3/4 cup sliced celery
1 medium cucumber, cut into cubes
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tbsp chopped parsley
3/4 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
3/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
Cook bow ties as package directs; drain. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except walnuts; mix well. Cover; chill thoroughly. Just before serving, stir in walnuts. Refrigerate leftovers. 4 to 6 servings.
