Church to exhibit AIDS Memorial Quilt
The AIDS Memorial Quilt will be on public display in St. James Episcopal Church in Jackson from November 26 until December 1.
It will hang for the public before morning worship on Nov. 26 and will be available for viewing thereafter, Nov. 27 from Dec. 1, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
Free HIV rapid screening will be offered in the chapel on those dates and times. The church is located at 3921 Oak Ridge Drive.
Twelve panels will be on display. Each panel commemorates six to eight people who have died from AIDS.
