Spicy Crockpot Spaghetti
1 lb Jimmy Dean hot sausage
1 large can and 1 small can diced tomatoes (I use the flavored ones - if you use plain diced tomatoes add more spices)
1 large can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 bag frozen seasoning blend (onions, green peppers, celery) or if you're not lazy like me you can chop up 1 c. onions, 1 c. green peppers and 1 c. celery)
1 carton of sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp sugar
1 clove garlic
Spices to taste (salt, pepper, oregano, basil)
Fry out the sausage and drain it. Put all of the other ingredients in a crockpot and then add the sausage after fat drained off. Cook on low in the crockpot over night and it will be ready in the morning or put on low in the morning and it will be ready when you get off of work.

Nice crock pot recipe.
Going to have to try that.
A different recipe for a crock pot.

This sauce sounds good but you don't mention the spaghetti part. Do you just serve this over cooked spaghetti?
Thanks

The crockpot has become a very important tool in the busy lives of American families. Now we can prepare our crockpot recipe before going to work and be sure that upon our return home that our family will have a nice home cook meal.
